By accessing or using FundVault ("the Service"), operated by FundVault ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FundVault is a trade journaling and analytics platform designed to help traders track, analyse, and review their trading activity. The Service includes tools for manual trade logging, performance analytics, CSV import, broker synchronisation (where available), and related features.
FundVault is a journaling and analytical tool only. It does not execute trades, manage accounts, or provide financial advice of any kind.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED SOLELY AS A TRADE JOURNALING AND ANALYTICS TOOL. NOTHING ON FUNDVAULT CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Any data, analytics, or insights generated are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making trading or investment decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDVAULT SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR: trading losses, financial losses, loss of profits, data loss, service interruptions, broker sync errors, prop firm rule violations, account liquidations, or any other direct or indirect damages of any kind.
No claims, compensation, or refunds of any kind shall be accepted or processed by FundVault under any circumstances. Subscription fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
Sole exception: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for fraud. Any such claim requires full written evidence establishing direct causation. The burden of proof lies entirely with the claimant.
You acknowledge that these limitations are reasonable given the nature of the Service and the subscription fees charged.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the Service, or resell access without written authorisation.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all trade data and journal entries you submit.
The Service may integrate with Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Discord, and Stripe. We are not responsible for any errors, outages, or data loss arising from third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Sections 4, 5, and 6 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
